These Terms of Service govern your use of brightaven.com and your purchases from Brightaven. By visiting our site or placing an order you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you buy.

  • We have made every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colours exactly as they are in real life.

  • We may limit the quantity of any product we sell to one person, household or order.
  • Prices may change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the moment you complete checkout.

4. Orders and payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. If your information is wrong or incomplete we may cancel the order and will refund you.
  • Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout. We never store or see your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

7. Errors and corrections

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains a typographical error, an inaccuracy or an omission relating to a product description, price, promotion or availability. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel an order if a product was listed at an incorrect price. If we cancel your order for this reason we refund you in full.

8. Safe use of our products

Our padlocks are a deterrent and a convenience, not a guarantee against theft, loss or damage. You are responsible for choosing the right lock for what you are protecting, for keeping your device charged, and for following the instructions supplied with it. We are not liable for loss or damage to items secured with our products.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites or tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and including a link is not an endorsement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or loss of use.

You agree to hold Brightaven harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party that arises from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
