We ship within 1 to 2 business days and most U.S. orders arrive in about 10 to 14 days. Shipping is free on every order, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as your padlock leaves the warehouse.
It warns you first. A red indicator light comes on well before the battery is empty, and a full charge lasts up to 6 months of everyday use. If you ignore the warning the padlock stays locked, so charge it over USB-C.
Yes. You can store up to 10 different fingerprints, so family, roommates or your team can all open it. Adding or deleting a fingerprint takes a few seconds and needs no app or account.
It is sealed against rain, snow, dust and mud, and it keeps working outdoors all year. It is not made to be left sitting underwater, so we do not recommend using it in a pool or submerged.
