Shipping policy

Here is exactly what to expect after you place an order. No surprises.

Processing time

Orders are checked and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

• United States: about 10 to 14 business days after dispatch.
• Outside the United States, where we are able to ship: about 12 to 20 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates based on our carriers, not guarantees. Customs checks, weather and carrier backlogs can add time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all United States orders, with no minimum spend.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to start updating. That is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Where orders ship from

Our products are sent directly from our manufacturing partners. That is what keeps the price low, and it is also why delivery takes longer than a local store.

Customs and import duties

Orders inside the United States are not subject to import duties. For any international order, customs duties or taxes charged by your own country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we will correct it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped the address cannot be changed.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either send a replacement or refund you in full.
